Karolina Olko

Karolina Olko graduated from the Department of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow in 2012. In September 2016, Karolina started working in the Hogan Lovells Real Estate Department. She advises both Polish and international Clients, including developers and investement funds.

Karolina specializes in corporate law issues and real estate, particularly in M&A, as well as in restructuring and private equity transaction. She participated in Polish and international share deal and asset deal transactions concerning insrastructure (offices, hotels, and enterprises from the gas and energy sector). Karolina has worked on preparing and negotiating documents connected with the acquisition of real estates and enterprises, shareholders’ structures in SPVs, joint-venture agreements, and due diligence reports prepared for investors operating on the Polish real estate market (buyers, sellers, and banks).

Karolina has gained experience in recognized international and Polish law firms in Warsaw in the Departments of Real Estate and Corporate/M&A. In 2016 she qualified as an advocate from the Warsaw Bar Association.
