Olga Serrano is a regulatory lawyer and lecturer based in Madrid. Olga has worked for both public and private entities: from advising and assisting regional and local public administrations on draft legislation and Best Practices Codes to advising clients in compliance and defending their interests before public authorities in the administrative and the contentious-administrative stages. This experience has allowed Olga to give comprehensive legal advice to her clients.
She has a depth of knowledge and experience in the environmental, climate change and natural resource sectors and government regulations, including life sciences, consumer law, food law and pharma.
