Olayinka Oladeji advises clients in both commercial and investor state arbitration. She focuses on the energy, life sciences and construction sectors.   

Previously, Olayinka advised clients under the domestic arbitration laws of Nigeria and appeared in various matters in the High Courts and Appellate Courts in Nigeria. Admitted to the Nigerian Bar, she brings onboard her wealth of experience advising clients in African countries to the German-African practice. She also writes and advises on investment opportunities in Africa. She has an avid interest in public international law and adopts a business outlook in advising clients.

Olayinka has worked with a top-tier commercial law firm in Africa and an international organization in Geneva. She studied law in Nigeria and holds a Master of Law degree in International Law from the Graduate Institute Geneva. She is fluent in English, has advanced knowledge of French and intermediate level knowledge of German.
