Represented the Republic of Ecuador in its first bond issuances after the Moreno administration took office with the goal of financing the recovery of an Ecuadorian economy heavily affected by a catastrophic earthquake in 2016.

Represented National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCBJ) in its securitization of credit card merchant voucher receivables generated in Jamaica under a new merchant voucher securitization program.

Advised 11 investor groups investing in BAC International Bank, Inc.'s (BIB) securitization of credit card merchant voucher receivables generated in Panama under a new merchant voucher securitization program.

Represented the Central America Bottling Corporation with operations in Central America, South America, and the Caribbean in its US$500m bond issuance in the international capital markets.

Advised an Ecuadorian state-owned upstream oil company in the restructuring of past due payables to its suppliers in exchange for the issuance of longer term debt guaranteed by the Republic of Ecuador.

Advised an Ecuadorian state-owned upstream oil company in the sale of notes by suppliers (now noteholders) to Citigroup Global Markets Limited Inc. for resale to investors in the international capital markets.
