As a senior associate in our Government Contracts group, Ogechi Muotoh advises clients on a spectrum of government contracts and grants issues, including on the international, federal, and state level. Ogechi regularly counsels on federal contract compliance issues related to ethics, small business contracting, mergers and acquisitions, and employment.

In the grants arena, her area of focus is helping universities, hospitals, and nonprofit organizations navigate the complex web of compliance issues related to federal awards, cooperative agreements, and sponsored research.
