Alberto Nurzia is a senior associate in our Banking practice. He joined Hogan Lovells in October 2016, following several years of experience in primary domestic and international law firms.

Alberto advises on a wide range of lending and finance transactions, bilateral and syndicated lending, in the context of domestic and cross-border transactions, on both the lender and borrower side.  His expertise spans from real estate, asset, trade and commodity to LBO and acquisition finance and transactions.

He also has a considerable experience in various debt restructuring transactions, on both bank and debtor side.

Representative experience

Advising the lenders on the EUR 104,000,000 for the acquisition of real estate assets in both Italy and Spain.*

Advising a pool of investors on the Italian law aspects of the EUR 757,000,000 credit facilities for the acquisition of a primary UK rolling stock lessor.*

Advising a primary Italian bank on the financing of the subscription of two closed-end real estate investment funds, for an overall value in excess of EUR 600,000,000.*

Advising a primary European bank on the EUR 7,200,000,000 credit facilities for the acquisition of a telecom company by a pool of investors.*

Advising a primary Italian provider of waste and environmental services on the EUR 180,000,000 financing for the acquisition of a German competitor.*

Advising a primary Italian automotive components manufacturer in relation to a medium term credit facility for the purposes of funding infrastructure investments.*
