Elisabetta is an associate in the SOAR and Technology, Media & Telecommunication team in Rome. She has joined the firm in 2017, back from a Master of Laws from King's College in IP and Information Law. Since then, Elisabetta has developed a deep knowledge of commercial law, including e-commerce, consumer protection and contractual law as well as privacy and cybersecurity, and telecommunication.

Elisabetta assists clients across different sectors and, particularly, she has advised, e-commerce players, health companies, telecommunication operators, Internet Service Providers, online travel platforms and entities in the public sector.

Thanks to her practical approach and deep understanding of law, Elisabetta provides clients with a 360-degree assistance, from drafting user agreements and privacy policies to advising clients in day-to-day legal questions on contractual law, consumer protection, regulatory and data protection issues.

Elisabetta graduated in Law from University Federico II of Naples, summa cum laude, with a final dissertation in IT law, and has subsequently obtained a LLM from King’s College London where she has deepened her knowledge on data protection, e-commerce and information technology law. During her studies, she also took part several international programmes focussed on corporate and IT law, including a short course on Cyberlaw at the London School of Economics. Elisabetta is fluent in Italian and English.
