Practice groupCorporate & Finance

Bill Nunn advises his corporate clients on all aspects of transactional matters to help them reach their business goals. Exceptional client service is at the core of Bill's practice, as its impact and importance was instilled in him while working at a top New York restaurant before law school. This experience also helps him anticipate clients' needs and thrive in the fast-paced whirlwind of closing a complex deal.

At Hogan Lovells, Bill has assisted clients on a wide variety of transactions, including public and private acquisitions, venture capital financings, and securities offerings. While in law school, Bill gained valuable and varied experience working as a summer associate at Hogan Lovells and as a legal intern at a technology education startup where he helped execute a Series B financing. He also served as an articles editor for the University of Colorado Law Review and a Rothgerber Teaching Fellow in legislation and regulation.

Bill cares deeply about helping the community and has handled a number of pro bono matters at the firm, including representing a victim of gang violence from El Salvador seeking asylum in the United States and assisting an impact investing fund with venture investments in Africa.
