Adam Nowosielski received his Master of Law degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdansk in 2014. He joined Hogan Lovells in December 2016 and works in the Real Estate Department.

Adam has been advising clients since 2012, and specialises in real estate transactions and lease agreements. He is involved in real estate investments undertaken by developers and investment funds, and private domestic and foreign investors. 

He has completed a number of extremely in-depth due diligence reviews and participated in numerous transactions regarding the purchase and sale of real estate and greenfield projects. Adam also provides ongoing assistance related to corporate matters. Before joining Hogan Lovells, he worked in a well-known law firm in Gdansk, and in international law firms in Warsaw.

Adam has also completed the British Law Centre diploma run by the University of Gdansk in cooperation with the University of Cambridge. 

He is currently a legal adviser trainee at the Warsaw Circuit Chamber of Legal Advisers.
