Within the Amsterdam litigation practice Noor Hogerzeil deals with all aspects of product liability and commercial litigation (including class action litigation), with a particular focus on the life sciences, automotive and technology sector. Noor regularly appears before Dutch civil courts to defend product liability claims or in the context of commercial disputes (enforcement and termination of contracts, etc.). She also advises clients on regulatory (product safety) issues (regulatory investigations, corrective actions, liaising with relevant authorities).
