Noor Hogerzeil focuses her practice primarily on life sciences litigation for manufacturers, with an emphasis on product liability. Noor regularly appears before Dutch civil courts to defend product liability claims or in the context of commercial disputes (enforcement and termination of contracts, etc.).

Noor spent the early years of her career at a big Dutch law firm, assisting hospitals and manufacturers (of medicinal products and medical devices) with advice and litigation in areas that included corporate governance, contractual relationships with health insurers, medical malpractice, funding and financing, employment relationships, restructuring, mergers and joint ventures. Through her experiences, Noor has acquired an in-depth understanding of medical and scientific issues as well as the health care industry.

Representing a medical device manufacturer in claims alleging injuries caused by hip prostheses.

Representing a manufacturer in claims relating to alleged health damages caused by a breast implant.

Assisting market-leading brands in a range of industries to deal with individual product liability claims in the Netherlands.
