Nina Melzer advises national and international clients on pre-arbitral scenarios as well as on disputes before arbitral tribunals. She focuses on clients in both the life sciences and aerospace defense sectors. Nina has advised clients on post-M&A disputes as well as on disputes resulting from long-term supply contracts. Her arbitration experience includes disputes under the ICC and DIS Arbitration Rules.

Nina studied law at the University of Cologne, the University College London and the University of Sydney. During her post-graduate training at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne, Nina worked with the German-British Chamber of Commerce in London, as well as in the dispute resolution teams of international law firms in Cologne and London.
