Dr. Nils Rauer, MJI
Nils Rauer concentrates on copyright and trademark as well as advertising and unfair competition law. His clients value him as a proven copyright expert both in terms of strategic advice and in litigious matters. A third cornerstone in Nils' knowledge is data protection law. He particularly advises on international data transfer, the development of Binding Corporate Rules (BCRs) and cloud-based outsourcing projects.

His clients especially appreciate Nils' "clear communication strict keeping of pledges" (Legal 500 Handbook 2015).
