Advising Netflix on its partnership with Russian media holding National Media Group (NMG) for Netflix' entry into the Russian market.

Advising Polymetal International plc, a London listed Russian top-3 gold mining company, on the acquisition and disposal of various mining assets in Armenia.

Advising Discovery Communications on its joint venture with Russia's National Media Group.

Advising Windar Renovables on establishing a joint venture in consortium with Severstal and Rusnano for production of wind power generation facilities in Russia.

Advising Elbrus Capital on acquisition of Banki.ru, the largest Russian financial marketplace.*

Advising O2O Holding, a JV of Sber and Russian internet platform Mail.ru Group, on its acquisition of a 84.7% share in Local Kitchen, a service offering express delivery from dark kitchens.

Advising Digital Assets, a tech subsidiary of Sber, the largest Russian bank, on its acquisition of Zvuk, a leading independent music streaming service in Russia.

Advising VimpelCom (part of Veon Group) on a number of transactions involving acquisition of regional telecom operators and remote payment service providers.
