Nicole Picard helps clients on a broad range of government contracting issues ranging from litigation to corporate mergers and acquisitions. She represents clients in bid protest litigation before the Government Accountability Office and U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and handles contract disputes matters before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (ASBCA) and the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals (CBCA).

Additionally, Nicole counsels government contractors involved in corporate restructuring and advises on facility clearance/security issues in corporate mergers and acquisitions. She also has experience assisting clients facing government audits and investigations. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Nicole worked at a boutique government contracts firm, where she concentrated on general government contracts matters. Nicole also clerked for The Honorable George W. Miller at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
