As a counsel in the Antitrust, Competition and Economic Regulation (ACER) practice, Nicolas Pourbaix is a UK-educated competition/compliance lawyer with 14 years of advisory and litigation experience.

Nicolas focuses his practice on  competition compliance, multi-jurisdictional/EU merger control, cartels and anti-trust investigations. In addition, Nicolas has developed specific expertise in public procurement (government contracts), State aid and privacy and data protection compliance issues.
