Nicolas Bouyssou

Associate in our corporate commercial practice, Nicolas Bouyssou focuses on commercial, regulatory and contractual work. He has a particular insight into the life sciences industry where he assists pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers, in connection with both regulatory and contractual matters. 

Nicolas has also in-house experiences. He was seconded at Zoetis (ex-Pfizer Animal Health) to assist the legal department in implementing and negotiating commercial contracts. He is currently seconded in a major pharmaceutical company, where he works on clinical trial related matters.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, he was an associate at Clifford Chance in Paris.

Representative Experience

Advising an international group on commercial agency and distribution agreements.

Advising pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers both EU and US-based, on the new French regulations which have introduced extended sunshine rules.

Advising a pharmaceutical company on the regulatory aspects surrounding drug promotion, information on drugs and information on treatments or health in general.

Advising a pharmaceutical company on regulatory issues surrounding manufacturing licenses and structuring of product-to-market arrangements.

Advising pharmaceutical companies and CRO's on study agreements.

Advising a pharmaceutical company in updating its quota scheme policy in compliance with the Public Health Law dated 26 January 2016.
