Working Mother names Hogan Lovells among the “Best Law Firms for Women” for seventh consecutive year

Washington, D.C., 31 July 2018 – Hogan Lovells is pleased to announce that once again it earned a spot on the annual Working Mother list of the “Best Law Firms for Women.” This is the seventh consecutive year the firm has been named to this prestigious list.

In selecting Hogan Lovells, Working Mother recognized the firm’s Women’s Initiative Network for hosting a national women’s business development training, as well as the high percentage of U.S. lawyers who are women at the associate level – 50 percent of associates and 41 percent of the firm’s lawyers in the U.S are women.

Commenting on the firm’s inclusion on the annual Working Mother list, Eve Howard, Regional Managing Partner for the Washington, D.C. region, said, “It’s an honor to once again be recognized for our ongoing commitment to creating and maintaining a diverse working environment. Launched in 2007, the Working Mother “Best Law Firms for Women” initiative recognizes U.S. law firms that create and use best practices in retaining and promoting women lawyers. Recognized firms were evaluated on a number of criteria including, lawyer representation, schedule flexibility, paid time off and parental leaves, and development and retention of women.
