16 July 2012
WASHINGTON D.C., 16 July 2012 – Hogan Lovells announced today that the firm has been recognized as one of the best law firms to work for in the United States, according to a survey by career information provider Vault.
Vault included rankings of the top 25 U.S. law firms in the 2013 edition of the Best Law Firms to Work For. In compiling the 2013 rankings, Vault asked more than 17,000 associates to choose the top 100 law firms based on prestige, and the best regional firms overall.
Survey respondents praise the firm for giving associates the “opportunity to do fascinating work on a global scale.” One respondent from Hogan Lovells says, “I couldn't really ask for more from a firm. I get high-quality work, client contact, and oral argument opportunities. The firm is reasonably transparent about finances and other issues, and my work hours are moderate and flexible.”
Another Hogan Lovells respondent commends the firm for offering associates the ability to structure a work/life balance that suits their lifestyle: “What puts Hogan Lovells over the top is the lifestyle. It is a fun place to work, but you don't compromise any sophistication or work quality in order to secure that lifestyle. We are doing some of the best and most challenging work in the world, and we are doing it pleasantly with smiles on our faces.”
