Three for three: Hogan Lovells Global FinTech Mentor and Momentum Program celebrates third year and three new recipients

London, 30 April 2019 – Hogan Lovells is kicking off year three of its Global FinTech Mentor and Momentum Program as it announces the first three members of the 2019-20 intake.

They are:

  • Updraft: an overdraft replacement app that will provide low interest loan facilities and debt reducing nudges to customers
  • dozens:  a mobile banking and wealth management provider
  • Youtility: a money and budgeting app that brings home finances into one place, allowing users to budget, compare, switch and pay providers all in-app.

Since its launch in 2017, the Program has offered up to 10 FinTech firms a year, the opportunity to benefit from £25,000 of free legal services, together with access to industry events and networking opportunities with Hogan Lovells' existing clients in the FinTech space. 

The Program is open to FinTechs at any stage of development, from start-ups to more established players looking for growth and new markets. Interested firms are welcome to apply throughout 2019.

Successful applicants will be assigned a dedicated relationship manager who will guide them through the suite of support options offered by Hogan Lovells to ensure they receive maximum value from their membership of the Program. To help with this, the £25,000 of free advice is provided at discounted rates.
