Sweden plans to establish separate patent court

The Swedish government has proposed setting up a new court that specializes in handling patent disputes, to increase the legal certainty of the country's patent system and reduce unnecessary costs. The plan comes as Europe shifts to a "unitary" patent system for the whole bloc.
