Pierantonio Musso re-joined Hogan Lovells as Counsel in the Business Restructuring and Insolvency practice

Pierantonio Musso re-joined Hogan Lovells as Counsel in the Business Restructuring and Insolvency team headed by partner Ernesto Apuzzo and will operate mainly from the Milan office.

Over thirteen years of business activity, Pierantonio Musso gained significant experience in bankruptcy law and instruments to address business crises, having particular regard to business and corporate reorganization transactions, debt restructuring, distressed M&A, DIP Financing, sale and purchase as well as management of NPLS. Pierantonio Musso assisted both Italian and foreign primary clients, in particular credit institutions and pool of banks, distressed companies, investment funds specialized in turnaround transactions and acquisition of distressed targets, insolvency proceedings-related bodies, entities specialized in the financing of businesses in crisis.

Pierantonio Musso previously collaborated with Molinari e Associati and had already been working for Hogan Lovells at the Rome offices in the same practice in 2008 and 2009.

Joining of Pierantonio Musso will help strengthening the firm's Italian team, made up of 1 partner and 5 professionals, relying also on the experience of partners Antonio Di Pasquale and Filippo Chiaves. 

The BRI international team is one of the most important practices in this area, with over 90 professionals all over the world.

In Italy, Hogan Lovells has more than 100 professionals in the two offices of Milan and Rome, including 20 partners and 14 counsels.
