Our Work for Kodak Pension Plan Nominated for Financial Times Innovative Lawyers Award

We have been shortlisted for the Financial Times Innovative Lawyers Awards for Europe 2014, for our work advising the Kodak Pension Plan.

Our nomination is listed as 'Most innovative firm in corporate and commercial law - Legal expertise advising the Kodak Pension Plan'.

This nomination further adds to our haul of awards and nominations for our work advising the Kodak Pension Plan, which includes:

•2014 European Pensions Award for Innovation;
•Employment, Pensions and Benefits Team of the year at the Legal Business Awards;
•2014 ITR Award for European M&A Tax Deal of the Year;
•Engaged Investor Trustee award for 'Best Pensions Lawyer';
•third place for restructuring Team of the Year at The Lawyer Awards;
•shortlisted for Employment Team of the Year Award at The Lawyer Awards;
•shortlisted for Restructuring Team of the Year Award by Financial News;
•nominated for Restructuring Team of the Year at the Legal Week British Legal Awards.
This year’s Financial Times report and awards drew on over 550 submissions from over 160 leading law firms and in-house legal teams across Europe. RSG Consulting, research partner to the FT for this project, conducted interviews and sought feedback from nearly 500 clients, experts and lawyers.

The Financial Times will be holding a formal dinner and awards event on 8 October to recognise the top performing law firms, in-house legal teams and individual lawyers from across all categories of the report. The awards event will be held at London's Natural History Museum.
