Miami's Daily Business Review recognized Marty Steinberg as a Distinguished Leader in the legal profession, noting his significant contributions to the profession over decades of practice.
Steinberg, a litigation partner Hogan Lovells' Miami office, has tried cases ranging from antitrust to counterfeit pharmaceuticals to weapons smuggling. "The law is a demanding career choice and is only rewarding if you embrace the challenges and relish opportunities for creative ingenuity," Steinberg observed. Steinberg also discussed changes in the legal field: "Technology has wrought a tsunami of changes in our profession: it has vastly improved connectivity and access, but can sometimes encourage shortcuts. Reacting to a screen will never be a substitute for critical thinking," he added. "Be truthful, be moral, be giving, be relentless, and push through all obstacles," Steinberg advised.
