Law360 names three Hogan Lovells lawyers among the country’s “top attorneys under 40”

Washington, D.C., 30 July 2018 – Law360 has included three Hogan Lovells’ lawyers in its annual list of “Top Attorneys Under 40.” The annual list recognizes the most influential young lawyers in the country.

The three Hogan Lovells nominees were:

Mark W. Brennan, a partner in the firm’s global Communications, Internet, and Media practice based in our Washington D.C. office. Brennan, a 2005 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, has rapidly established himself as a leading light in communications, privacy, and consumer protection law.  He advises on connected devices, artificial intelligence, tech policy, and other cutting-edge challenges and is well-known for his victories on Telephone Consumer Protection Act issues.  He also leads Hogan Lovells’ U.S. LGBT+ affinity group and is a chair of the firm’s Pride+ global ally network.

Christopher R. Moore, an M&A partner based in our Silicon Valley office. Moore, a 2008 graduate of UCLA School of Law, was recognized for his leading role in multiple high-value transactions, primarily in the technology space. His recent work includes leading roles in Walmart’s US$16 billion pending acquisition of a majority interest in Indian e-commerce giant Flipkart and Marvell’s US$6 billion acquisition of rival chipmaker Cavium, Inc.

Colleen Sinzdak, a senior associate in the Appellate group within our Litigation practice. Sinzdak, a 2010 graduate of Harvard Law School, helped lead Hawaii’s litigation against President Trump’s Travel Ban, arguing and winning important issues before the district court and the Ninth Circuit. She has also played key roles in other important victories: She successfully argued on behalf of Pennsylvania executive officials in a recent high-profile gerrymandering case and helped write the winning briefs in the landmark Supreme Court arbitration case, Epic Systems v. Lewis.
