Hogan Lovells assisted Dana Incorporated in the acquisition of 100% of SME Group, a leading company in the market for electric motors and low-voltage inverters with its headquarters in Arzignano, Italy.

Dana Incorporated, a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), is a world leader in highly engineered solutions for improving the efficiency, performance, and sustainability of powered vehicles and machinery.

The global SME Group designs, engineers, and manufactures low-voltage AC induction and synchronous reluctance motors, inverters, and controls for a wide range of off-highway electric vehicle applications, including material handling, agriculture, construction, and automated-guided vehicles.
