Hogan Lovells welcomes two new Mergers & Acquisitions lawyers to the Boston office

Kyle has experience representing domestic and international private and public companies and private equity firms in a range of industries, including health care, manufacturing, financial services and technology. Before joining the firm, Kyle worked as a corporate associate with Goodwin Procter and as in-house counsel for Tyson Foods. He earned his J.D. from Boston University in 2012 and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Arkansas.

Dalton, has experience representing private and public companies and private equity firms in domestic and cross-border transactions across a range of industries, including technology, manufacturing and insurance. Before joining the firm, Dalton worked as a corporate associate in New York with Willkie Farr & Gallagher. Prior to that, Dalton worked as a litigation associate in Boston with Ropes & Gray and Berman Tabacco. He earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School in 2015 and his B.B.A. in Finance and the Business Honors Program and his B.A. in Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
