Hogan Lovells supports the growth of Flixbus in Italy

Milan, 29 January – Global law firm Hogan Lovells advised Flixbus on its agreements with Group Marozzi Viaggi & Turismo, one of Italy’s main long-distance road networks.

FlixBus, which currently connects more than 2,000 destinations in 30 countries, will further expand its reach by incorporating Marozzi Viaggi & Turismo's routes.

The Hogan Lovells team advising Flixbus was led by corporate partner Francesco Stella with support from senior associate Martina Di Nicola and counsel Alessandra Pannozzo as well as senior associate Maria Luce Piattelli for IP issues, and senior associate Emanuela Cocco for public law issues.
