Hogan Lovells strengthens IPMT team with key hire Mark Bosshard

Milan, 22 November 2021 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has announced that intellectual property litigator Mark Bosshard joined the firm with a focus on life sciences, new technologies, and software as it expands the Intellectual Property, Media, and Technology (IPMT) team in Milan.

Prior to joining the firm, Mark worked for Vanzetti e Associati and has more than twenty years of experience in the IPMT field. He has held several positions at university level and is currently a visiting professor of Copyright in the Information Society at Università Cattolica in Milan. Mark has authored several monographs and scientific articles on intellectual property, and most recently authored essays on the procedural issues regarding the new Unified Patent Court. He is also a member of the editorial staff of “Giurisprudenza annotata di diritto industriale”.
