Hogan Lovells Selected as Top Ten Family Friendly Firm by Yale Law Women

WASHINGTON, D.C., 21 April 2014 – Yale Law Women has selected Hogan Lovells as a top-ten family friendly firm in its annual policy survey, “Top Ten Family Friendly Firms Initiative.” The firm received a spot on this highly selective list for offering, “one-year fellowships through the OnRamp Fellowship... aimed at facilitating the re-entry of experienced women lawyers.” Hogan Lovells’ inclusion on this list is indicative of the firm’s commitment to being a family-friendly work environment as well as cements the firm’s status as a nationwide leader in this area.

Yale Law Women is a student-run organization at Yale Law School that promotes the interests and development of women in law school and the legal industry. The organization surveys top law firms each year about their work-life policies and practices to showcase those that are committed to the recruitment, retention, and advancement of women in the legal industry.
