Hogan Lovells represents Rabobank in financing Kings & Convicts' acquisition of Ballast Point

New York, 19 March 2020 – International law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Rabobank’s New York Branch on the financing of Kings & Convicts’ acquisition of Ballast Point, a craft beer brewing company, from Constellation Brands, Inc., one of the world’s largest beer and spirits companies.

Illinois-based Kings & Convicts Brewing announced the acquisition of Ballast Point’s brands, along with its breweries and brewpubs throughout the country, in December 2019. 

A New York-based Hogan Lovells team advised Rabobank in the financing of the transaction. The Hogan Lovells team was led by Finance Practice partner Ricardo S. Martinez. Senior associate Andrew Ceppos and associates Christopher Bonilla and Cassandra Herivaux also advised on banking and finance matters.
