Hogan Lovells Recruits Capital Markets Partner in London

LONDON, 20 January 2010 - Hogan Lovells' has expanded its London Debt Capital Markets team with the hire of Dennis Dillon.  Dennis joined Hogan Lovells International LLP on 17 January 2011. 

Dennis Dillon was most recently a partner in the international finance group at Sidley Austin in London. His main area of practice is structured finance transactions, primarily related to the establishment and operation of commercial paper conduits and investments by commercial paper conduits and credit enhancers.

Other areas of practice include advising investment adviser clients on US regulatory issues, representation of investment managers in derivatives transactions, project finance and secured and unsecured lending. Prior to his ten years in London, Dennis worked in Sidley Austin's Singapore and New York offices.
