Hogan Lovells Recognized as a Leading Firm in BTI Client Service Survey
10 December 2015
WASHINGTON, 10 December 2015 – Hogan Lovells is pleased to announce that it has ranked third in BTI Consulting Group’s annual survey recognizing law firms that deliver “the absolute best levels of client service.” This is the firm’s sixth consecutive year on the top 30 list.
Hogan Lovells earned BTI’s “best of the best” accolade for our commitment to helping clients, our legal skills, and handling problems and initiating communication, among other criteria. Clients praised the firm’s ability to anticipate needs, particularly in the cybersecurity arena.
“The world is changing rapidly for our clients and we need to be constantly adapting to those changes too; you can’t stand still. We need a deep understanding of how our clients’ businesses are being shaped by the forces of technology, regulation, globalization, and competition,” said Hogan Lovells CEO Stephen J. Immelt. “With that level of engagement, we can spot those emerging trends that matter and help clients prepare. We have an in-depth client listening program to ensure that we are systematically gathering feedback from our clients both in terms of what we do well and where we need to improve. The response from clients has been both informative and positive.”
BTI Consulting Group ranks firms based on interviews with corporate counsel and legal decision makers at large organizations with US$1 billion or more in revenue. Law firms do not influence the results, submit nominations, or provide client names to BTI. The analysis is based on 17 objective ranking factors—all of which corporate counsel agree drive the strongest relationships with law firms.
