7 March 2014 - Hogan Lovells’ commitment to creating an inclusive workplace has been recognised by being shortlisted in the Transparency Award category at the Opportunity Now Excellence in Practice Awards 2014.

Hogan Lovells is committed to supporting the career progression of women in the workplace, progressing equality initiatives and encouraging and maintaining a diverse workforce; and being transparent about our diversity targets and activities plays a key part in demonstrating this commitment and in holding ourselves to account as part of our strategy to create and maintain an inclusive working environment for our people, reflected in this achievement"
Kathryn Nawrockyi, Director, Opportunity Now, said:
“Congratulations to Hogan Lovells on being shortlisted for the Opportunity Now Excellence in Practice Awards 2014. The standard of entries this year once again raises the bar for future leadership on gender equality, and these employers should be proud of and celebrate their success at this stage. They are a great example of how working together can help to create real, sustainable change which benefits not just women in the workplace, but also organisational culture and society as a whole. I hope other employers will learn from this exemplary work. We’re also delighted to award Hogan Lovells a Business in the Community Big Tick in further recognition of their achievements.”
This year’s winners will be announced at the Opportunity Now Excellence in Practice Awards Gala Dinner, which takes place on Wednesday 2nd April 2014 in London as part of Business in the Community’s Responsible Business Week.
