Hogan Lovells receives Gold Standard Certification from Women in Law Empowerment Forum

WASHINGTON, 23 June 2016 – Hogan Lovells is proud to announce that it has been recognized by the Women in Law Empowerment Forum (WILEF) with its 2016 Gold Standard Certification for the fourth consecutive year.

WILEF created the award six years ago to honor firms that are making significant progress in integrating women into leadership positions. Law firms with 200 or more practicing lawyers in the United States are eligible for the WILEF Gold Standard Certification, upon successfully demonstrating that women represent a meaningful percentage of their equity partners in the areas of leadership, governance, and compensation. Hogan Lovells is one of less than 40 firms to receive this prestigious honor from WILEF in 2016, and one of only six firms to satisfy all six of the certification criteria.

WILEF’s vision is to create a dialogue for the purpose of educating women in law firms on how to become leaders in the workplace and in the community by building, exercising, and implementing a strong sense of empowerment. Their goal is to achieve results that will foster the adoption of new policies and practices to advance women in law firms.
