Hogan Lovells provides assistance to Invesco Real Estate on its acquisition of the second multifamily SeiMilano lot

Milan, 3 November 2022 – Hogan Lovells has advised Invesco Real Estate on the completion of its acquisition of the second SeiMilano residential lot from Ariadne Sicaf S.p.A., a Borio Mangiarotti’s and Värde Partners’ company managed by Prelios SGR.
The project involves the development, which was contracted to Borio Mangiarotti, of an area close to the Bisceglie metro station in Milan. The residential lot will be built parallel to Via Calchi Taeggi, with the construction of about 650 apartments distributed over 11 buildings - all intended for multifamily rental and social housing.
The Hogan Lovells team advising Invesco Real Estate comprised of partner Marco Rota Candiani, senior associate Alberto Carrara and trainee Luca Turchini, as well as counsel Paola La Gumina for the contractual aspects of sale and purchase and of the construction agreement, counsel Maria Deledda for the urban planning and construction aspects and consultant Gaia Gelera for the environmental law aspects.
