Hogan Lovells named one of this year's top firms for flexible work options by Yale Law Women
Washington D.C., 27 May 2020 – Hogan Lovells is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected by Yale Law Women as a Top Firm for the fourth time. This year the firm was recognized for its flexible work options.
Last year, the firm was named among Yale Law’s Top Ten Firms for Gender Equality. The firm was also recognized in 2014 and 2015. Yale Law Women monitors trends in gender equity and family friendliness among law firms, raises awareness of disparities within the legal profession, highlights progress being made in the industry, and identifies areas for improvement.
The award is based on data collected by Yale Law Women on family accommodations and parental leave, as well as indicators of gender equity such as partnership promotions and composition of leadership committees. The award honors firms in 10 areas that relate to overall gender equity and family friendliness, according to the award’s methodology.
