Hogan Lovells Named Amongst 'Top Employers for Working Families'

09 October 2014

Working Families have once again named us in their annual list of Top Employers for Working Families at a major event to launch National Work-Life Week – the fourth consecutive year that we have been named in their list.

Now in its fifth year, the Top Employers for Working Families Benchmark provides employers with detailed insights into their flexible working and work-life integration policies and practices, giving them the opportunity to see how they measure up against other organisations.

To enter, employers must complete a detailed benchmark survey on their work-life and flexible working policies and practices. Organisations with up to 250 employees can opt to complete the tailored Small Employer Benchmark.

The highest scoring benchmark entrants are named as the annual Top Employers for Working Families, grouped alphabetically into a top ten and a top 11-30. We were named in the top 11-30.
