Hogan Lovells Makes Leading Corporate Partner Acquisition in Johannesburg

Vaughn Harrison has joined Hogan Lovells on 3 March as a partner in the corporate practice in Johannesburg.
Vaughn has diverse corporate and commercial experience in managing large and complex transactions for multinationals, including advising on: due diligence, tax and restructuring, HR, IP and regulatory matters. He has assisted numerous multinationals in setting up, operating and expanding businesses in South Africa and the rest of Africa.
He opened UK offices for both Webber Wentzel and previous firm Werksmans, working for six years in London, and is English Law qualified. Vaughn was also involved in setting up Lex Africa, the first legal network in Africa.
