28 March 2012
NEW YORK, 28 March 2012 – Hogan Lovells announced today that partner Eric Stock was named to Global Competition Review’s (GCR) “40 Under 40” list. GCR, a leading competition law publication, undertakes its survey approximately every five years to identify the world’s most talented antitrust and competition lawyers under 40. Over 1,000 nominations were received by GCR, and the final list was selected based on votes from prominent competition lawyers and economists throughout the world. The final list includes lawyers from 15 countries and 37 law firms, and Stock was one of only seven U.S.-based lawyers who made the list.
Stock’s practice consists of antitrust and complex commercial litigation matters, with a focus on antitrust litigation and government investigations. He has particular experience in matters at the intersection of antitrust and intellectual property laws, especially in the pharmaceutical, computer, and telecommunications industries. Stock frequently assists clients facing parallel civil and governmental proceedings relating to alleged antitrust or competition law violations.
