Hogan Lovells assisted Sigla Credit in the new securitization of salary secured loans (“CQS loans”) disbursed by Sigla Credit for an overall amount up to €200 million.
Banca IMI acted as arranger and (through its conduit platform) as senior investor, together with the mezzanine and junior institutional investors.
The transaction has been implemented through the issuance of four classes of notes, under Law 130/1999, by the Italian securitization vehicle “Civetta SPV”. The notes have a “partly paid” structure.
Hogan Lovells acted for the Sigla Credit, as originator of the securitisation, with a team lead by Partner Federico Del Monte that included Counsel Giulia Arenaccio and Associate Diego Guardi.
