Hogan Lovells Grows Infrastructure Energy Resources & Projects Practice in Johannesburg With Specialist Mining Hire

LONDON, 09 July 2015 - Hogan Lovells has announced that Kevin Pietersen has joined the Infrastructure, Energy, Resources & Projects practice, as a partner in the Johannesburg mining team.

Kevin started his legal career as an associate at Greyling Orchard and since 2010 has been a director of boutique mining law firm Pietersen Incorporated. While there he acted for leading South African and international organisations on all aspects of mining transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, commercial litigation and corporate governance, and also represented clients in mining-related disputes in South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa.
