Hogan Lovells Grows German Private Equity Practice with Partner Hire in Frankfurt

Hogan Lovells has announced that Matthias Jaletzke will join on 1 July as a Corporate partner in the Private Equity team in Frankfurt. Matthias is a highly-regarded lawyer in Germany, with German legal publication JUVE listing him as one of their Leading Private Equity individuals. He joins the firm from Skadden.
Matthias advises German and international clients, including large corporates and private equity funds, on all issues relating to takeovers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and corporate matters, including restructurings. Some of the high profile clients he has advised include Quadriga Capital, Bregal Capital, Apax Partners, and Odewald & Compagnie.
