Hogan Lovells' Global Tech M&A Leader Named Top 100 California Lawyer for 5th Consecutive Year

Climan, who brought his large, Northern California-based M&A team to Hogan Lovells in 2017, has helped establish the firm as a tech M&A powerhouse. The Daily Journal’s profile notes that Climan and his team are celebrating their 5^th anniversary at the firm.

The Daily Journal’s profile also singled out Climan for leading the firm’s relationship with a number of the firm’s key clients, including serial acquirer Synopsys, and noted Climan’s role in Walmart’s historic acquisition of a majority interest in Flipkart, valued at $16 billion.
