Hogan Lovells’ global tech M&A leader named Top 100 California Lawyer for fourth consecutive year

Silicon Valley, 17 September, 2021– For the fourth year in a row, leading Hogan Lovells M&A partner Rick Climan has been named to the California Daily Journal's prestigious list of the Top 100 Lawyers in California. Climan serves as Global Head of Hogan Lovells’ Technology M&A Practice.
Climan, who brought his large, Silicon Valley-based M&A team to Hogan Lovells in 2017, has helped establish the firm as a tech M&A powerhouse. Throughout his career, he has played a major role in prominent technology M&A deals in the U.S. and internationally. The Daily Journal’s profile singled him out for leading Marvell Technology’s acquisition of publicly traded Inphi Corp. in a complex semiconductor megadeal valued at approximately US$10 billion, which closed earlier this year.
