Hogan Lovells Global Head of Transfer Pricing Relocates to New York

New York, 1 May 2019 – International law firm Hogan Lovells announced today that Fabrizio Lolliri, Global Head of Transfer Pricing is relocating from the London office to the New York office to expand the firm’s capabilities in transfer pricing and supply chain restructuring for clients in the Americas.

"We have seen increased scrutiny from the IRS and other tax authorities around the world on cross-border transactions between related corporations," said Lolliri. "Our clients are demanding risk assessment, pricing system alternatives and representation for both administrative and judicial proceedings."

Fabrizio has hands-on experience of dealing with TP and tax matters in all major jurisdictions and across a broad range of industries. He previously worked for the Big 4, a restructuring and consulting firm and in-house at France Telecom-Orange where he became Group Head of Transfer Pricing. His particular sectors of expertise include life sciences, mobile telecommunications, and luxury branded goods. His current work covers TP planning, IP valuation and restructuring, supply chain re-structuring and finance-related projects.
