30 March 2016

Partner Osborne Molatudi will join Hogan Lovells' Litigation, Arbitration and Employment (LAE) practice on 1 April, in the Johannesburg employment group.

Osborne has 17 years of industry experience, including eight years in-house at German chemical company Henkel Technologies in a human resources management position. He regularly advises major corporates and Government agencies in restructuring, dispute resolution and arbitration matters; including unfair dismissal, wage negotiations, labour court interdicts, and section 197 sales.

Commenting on his arrival Michael Davison, global Head of LAE, said:

“Osborne will be a great addition to our global LAE practice, working closely with the employment team to grow our offering in Johannesburg. His combination of legal and management experience in the employment and human resources sector will prove an invaluable asset to the group".

Osborne Molatudi added:

“Hogan Lovells' scale and reach are an extremely attractive proposition. I am looking forward to joining a full service global law firm and to working with colleagues across the globe to enhance our employment offering from Johannesburg".

Osborne joins from Cowan Harper in Johannesburg.
