02 July 2014
LONDON, 2 July 2014 - Hogan Lovells has added Daniel Simons to its London corporate practice as a partner. Dan will join the firm on 11 August 2014.
Dan focuses on equity capital markets work (ECM) and has worked predominately with investment banks. He will be working closely with London head of ECM Maegen Morrison and the rest of the ECM team to further develop the practice. Dan joins from Travers Smith, previous to which he spent eight years at Linklaters.
Commenting on Dan's arrival, David Gibbons, global head of Hogan Lovells' corporate practice, said:
"Dan's excellent track record in equity capital markets is a welcome addition to our strong corporate team. His arrival comes at an exciting time of growth in the London corporate practice, following the recent arrivals of partners Ed Harris, Don McGown and Louise Moore."
"Hogan Lovells has a thriving global corporate practice and a distinct offering with their Transatlantic capability and strength in highly regulated sectors. I am looking forward to working with the ECM team to further grow the firm’s practice."
