Hogan Lovells Earns Top Ranking in PLC Life Sciences Industry Super League
31 January 2011
Washington, D.C., 31 January 2011 – Hogan Lovells announced today that the Life Sciences practice has been ranked first in the Practical Law Company (PLC) Life Sciences Industry Super League for 2011/2012, with 32 life sciences lawyers from 10 different jurisdictions recommended in the publication, more than any other legal practice.
The league tables are published in the Cross-border Life Sciences Handbook 2011/12 which stated the following about Hogan Lovells: "A life sciences heavyweight for both industry and regulatory work, the practice combines the legacy of Hogan and Hartson's excellent US regulatory practice, together with its practices in Eastern Europe and Brussels, with the legacy of Lovells' estimable patent and product liability practices in Western Europe, England and Asia. This combination has resulted in a first-rate practice that has a prominent footprint in all the key life sciences jurisdictions."
The Super League law firm rankings are based on an independent survey of industry and private practice lawyers. The overall life sciences rankings assess a broad range of legal services, including regulatory, intellectual property, corporate and commercial, patent counseling, product liability, and competition/antitrust.
