Hogan Lovells Earns 'Big Tick' in Race for Opportunity Awards

We have been awarded a Business in the Community 'Big Tick' kite mark for our efforts in recruiting diverse talent.

The firm was shortlisted for the Recruiting Diverse Talent award, for which Clare Harris and Catherine Griffiths presented to a panel of diversity experts in June this year. The focus of our submission was the school level work the firm has done to date with Ladder to Law and our work with Rare Recruitment at the university stage.

Among other standout achievements, the proportion of graduates from black or mixed ethnicity (BAME) backgrounds to whom we gave training contracts has grown from 8% in 2009, to 16% in 2014.
