Global Corporate & Finance Practice Group Leader James Doyle commented: “Over the past few years, we’ve strengthened our M&A capabilities globally and most recently in New York with the hire of four M&A partners in February 2022. We are delighted to welcome Alex as we expand our M&A practice in Boston. He brings extensive deal experience, particularly in the life sciences and technology industries, which are sector strengths of our firm.”
